This service includes two to three in person or virtual meetings along with information regarding:

• Childbirth preparation & education

• Help creating a personalized birth plan

• Labor positions, breath work, birth meditations & affirmations

• Spinning babies exercises

• Emotional & spiritual exercises

• Optimal pregnancy nutrition information

• Basic lactation education

• Postpartum education

• References for local specialized birth services/providers

• One midwife/doctor visit (if wanted)

• Text & phone support 9am-5pm

I will be by your side once you feel I am needed during labor. I will advocate for you, your partner, and your baby. I will be there to help you and your partner through labor using your pre determined birth plan and with emotional and physical support including, but not limited to:

• Breath work

• Movement

• Labor positions

• Spinning babies

• Visualizations & affirmations

• Meditations & music

• Aromatherapy

• Intuitive guidance & more

• From 37 weeks +

One in-person or virtual postpartum visit and available via text, phone, or email for any questions for the first six weeks postpartum.
